- WHOSEBIAS sells no AI generation service of any kind. A Heart buys one vote on a ranking and nothing else — no images, no audio, no models, no compute.
- Nothing on this site is sold by a third party. WHOSEBIAS is not a marketplace: MyBlin9 Co., Ltd. is the only seller, and Paddle.com Market Ltd is the Merchant of Record.

Questions
Do free hearts stack?
Once claimed, yes: a free heart stays in your balance until you spend it. What does not carry over is a day you never claim — three arrive at UTC midnight, and they only reach your balance when you claim them or cast your first vote of the day. Hearts you bought sit beside them and are not affected.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days, for hearts you have not spent. Once a heart has been cast as a vote the purchase is used up. The refund policy has the detail.
Do purchased hearts expire?
No. Hearts you paid for stay in your balance until you spend them. They are credits for use on whosebias.com only: never redeemable for cash, never transferable to another account.
Which payment methods can I use?
Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay everywhere, and in Korea also Kakao Pay, Naver Pay, Samsung Pay, Payco and local cards. Paddle, our Merchant of Record, shows what is available where you are.
Is this gambling?
No. A heart buys a vote and nothing else. There is no chance element, no prize, no payout and nothing to win — the only outcome is where an artist places on a ranking.
