Terms of Service

The service

WHOSEBIAS is a public registry of AI artists. Creators register an artist and receive a registration number; anyone can browse the registry, cheer for an artist, read member profiles, follow the rankings and play Bias Battle. Everything is free today. If we ever add a paid feature we will say so plainly before you pay for anything.

Accounts

You can sign in with Google or with an email magic link. You are responsible for the address you sign in with and for anything done from your account. Keep that email account secure, and tell us at myblin9@gmail.com if you think someone else is using yours. You may close your account at any time by writing to the same address.

Creator submissions

When you register an AI artist you confirm that you hold the rights to what you submit — names, artwork, audio, video and text — or that you have permission to use it, and that it infringes nobody else's rights. You keep ownership of what you submit, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it on WHOSEBIAS and in listings, embeds and previews of the registry.

• We may verify a submission, ask for more information, refuse it, or remove a listing at any time.
• A registration number is a record of what was registered and when. It is not a copyright registration, a trademark, or any other legal certification, and it settles no dispute over ownership.
• If you believe a listing infringes your rights, write to myblin9@gmail.com with the registration number and we will look into it.

Fan features

Cheers are one tap per artist per UTC day and are counted in good faith. Bias Battle runs in your browser and is played for fun. Rankings, cheer counts and battle results are entertainment: they are not audited, not guaranteed, and may be recalculated or reset. Automating, scripting or otherwise inflating cheers will have the counts reverted and may have the account closed.

Acceptable use

The following are not allowed.

• Registering an artist you hold no rights to, or impersonating another creator, artist or person.
• Submitting unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive or malicious content.
• Scraping, overloading, probing or disrupting the site or its API beyond ordinary use.
• Using cheers, accounts or registrations to manipulate the rankings.

Intellectual property

Artist content belongs to the creators who made it. The WHOSEBIAS name, logo, wordmark, verified badge and the design of this site belong to MyBlin9 and may not be used to suggest an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist. The verified badge embed may be used by the creator of the artist it certifies, unchanged, and linking back to that artist's registry page.

Disclaimer and liability

WHOSEBIAS is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the registry is complete, accurate or uninterrupted, and we do not vouch for any artist, creator or third-party link listed on it. To the fullest extent the law allows, MyBlin9 is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost data, profit or goodwill, arising out of your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be brought before the courts of the Republic of Korea. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your own country are unaffected.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page tells you when they last changed, and material changes are announced on the site. If you keep using WHOSEBIAS after a change, the updated terms apply to you.
